Deposits are required for new clients and clients that have not been to East Fishkill Animal Hospital in the last 2+ years. Deposits can be refunded, but the appointment must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If your pet's appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment, another deposit is required to schedule another appointment.
10-minute Late Policy
If you are over 10 minutes late for your pet's appointment you must reschedule the appointment.
